Thank you for shopping at Muscle Nation. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please carefully read our Returns Policy to ensure a smooth process.
Return Instructions
To initiate the return process, please click on the following link: Return Portal. Follow the instructions provided on the portal to complete your return.
Australian Return Requirements
- Your item must be logged in our returns portal and sent within 15 days from the date your order was received.
- A $6.00 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit (applicable only for Australian customers).
International Return Requirements
- Your item must be logged in our returns portal and sent within 15 days from the date your order was received.
- Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend opting for tracked shipping to safeguard your orders. Muscle Nation cannot accept liability for lost international return shipments.
Acceptable Reasons for Returns
Your item can be returned if:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition. Please note: Undergarments and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items must be free from odors, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or animal/human hair. Returns showing these conditions will not be accepted.
Supplements:
- Supplements are only returnable if unopened, with the seal unbroken, and in perfect resalable condition, in the original packaging.
- Contact us via email for approval before returning supplements.
Return Process Timeline:
- Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be finalised from when the parcel is received at our warehouse.
- A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of lodging your return.
Store Credit:
- Store credit will be provided for non-faulty items.
- Store credit can be used to repurchase items or choose something different from our website.
- Store credits do not expire and can be used at anytime.
- Shipping costs are not included in store credit.
Timeframe for Returns:
- Your item must be logged in our returns portal and sent within 15 days from the date your order was received.
- Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after the above time mentioned time frame.
Final Sale/Promotions/Discount Codes
- Final Sale Items: All items listed within the Final Sale page are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Promotions/Discount Codes: Items purchased at 40% off or higher during limited-time promos are eligible for store credit only.
Faulty Returns
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at orders@musclenation.org with your order number and photos of the fault/damage.
Inspection
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If a returned item does not meet our standards, the customer will be contacted for resolution. Please ensure your items comply with our standards as outlined above.
